Brazil Import Duties

Dear customer,

Orders delivered to Brazil may be subject to import duties, local taxes and postal clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient through Correios.

Official Correios guidance

The Brazilian authorities determine the amount payable when the parcel is assessed. Check the official notice for the final amount and payment deadline.

Please read the following before ordering:

1. Import tax payment deadline: After your parcel reaches Brazil, monitor its tracking and Minhas Importações. Settle any tax assessment before the stated deadline to avoid clearance delays.
2. Customs disposal and loss: An unpaid parcel may be returned or otherwise disposed of by the authorities. If customs destroys the goods, they cannot be recovered; losses caused by failure to pay on time are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refund policy: If goods are destroyed because the recipient did not pay import taxes within the required period, we cannot refund the order. Please contact us promptly if a payment problem arises.

Customs decisions and tax collection are outside our control. Please review the import requirements before buying and cooperate with clearance so your order can reach you smoothly.

How to pay through Correios

Dear customer,

Once your parcel is in Brazil and tracking shows a payment requirement, use the following steps to pay through Correios.

Sign in to Correios Minhas Importações

1. Visit the official Correios website or app and sign in to Minhas Importações with your Meu Correios account.
2. On the Correios home page, find “Acompanhe seu objeto”. Enter the tracking number or CPF/CNPJ and select the search icon. You can also open Minhas Importações directly. Correios

Verify and track your parcel

1. If a verification image appears, enter the displayed characters to continue.
2. Check the tracking events, customs status and any outstanding requirements for your parcel.

Pay the import taxes

1. When payment is available, open the parcel details and select “Gerar boleto” or the payment option shown in Minhas Importações.
2. Follow the Correios instructions to pay by boleto or PIX where available. Keep the receipt and check that payment has been confirmed before delivery resumes.
